OnSite Installer - Oregon

Purpose 

To define the roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the Onsite Installer at SKY-CDS. 


Scope 

This document applies to the Onsite Installer responsible for executing décor installation in accordance with site plans, maintaining communication with the Onsite Manager, and ensuring site cleanliness and reporting. 


Summary of Position Focus 

The Onsite Installer is responsible for checking in product upon arrival, accurately installing décor to plan, documenting progress with daily photos and site reports, and keeping the site clean and organized. 


Responsibilities 

  • Check in product and organize crates on Day 1 of installation 

  • Report damaged or missing product on Day 1 of installation to Onsite Manager 

  • Install décor in accordance with décor plan 

  • Check in daily with Onsite Manager providing status updates 

  • Take daily photos of installed décor and send to Onsite Manager 

  • Fill out daily site report and send to Onsite Manager 

  • Clean up site daily and dispose of trash 


Weekly Scorecard Metrics 

  • Product check-in and crate organization completed on Day 1 

  • Damaged/missing items reported promptly to Onsite Manager 

  • Installations completed in accordance with décor plans 

  • Daily status check-ins with Onsite Manager completed 

  • Daily installation photos submitted 

  • Daily site reports completed and submitted 

  • Site cleanup performed and trash disposed daily
