Purpose 

To define the roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the Field Operations at SKY-CDS.

Scope 

This document applies to the Field Operations responsible for managing field install schedules, coordinating equipment and personnel, and ensuring quality and communication for all onsite activities.

Summary of Position Focus 

The Field Operations oversees all field installation operations including estimating, scheduling, install coordination, and quality control. The role serves as a primary link between field operations and the AM/PM teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities 

• Complete project install estimates per scope of work

• Schedule all equipment for projects in accordance with project schedule

• Schedule travel of W2 installers in accordance with the project schedule

• Check daily install photo uploads/daily install reports from W2 and 1099 install crews

• Check Quality Control of all project installed

• Provide daily communication to Account Managers and Project Managers on projects

• Maintaining the W2 career path program and our 1099 profile database

• Communication & Confirmation

• Millwork Installation, Fixture Installation, Graphics & Decor Installation, and Construction Services
