CHALLENGE
After completing their prototyping, Go-To-Foods (formerly Focus Brands) needed a partner capable of scaling Schlotzsky's Deli's new program to more than 300 locations nationwide. The challenge was twofold; deliver a cost-effective package that met budget requirements, and execute fabrication, delivery, and installation across the U.S. on an aggressive timeline. With hundreds of unique sites to manage, each requiring site adaptation and trade coordination, the risk of delays and inconsistencies was significant.
SOLUTION
We partnered with Schlotzsky's to manage the entire program from start to finish. First, we value engineered the prototype package to ensure it could scale affordably. Using 3D scanning, we adapted the design to each location, then developed construction schedules that aligned with on-site needs. Our in-house team handled fabrication, logistics, and self-performed installations across all 300+ restaurants - completing the nationwide rollout in less than six months. By consolidating all trades and processes under one point of contact, Schlotzsky's gained complete schedule control, consistent quality, and a seamless expansion experience.
