CHALLENGE

Today, we provide not only decor fabrication and installation but also construction services including electrical, plumbing, demo/patch/paint, and flooring. By consolidating these services under one roof, Petsmart benefits from a vertically integrated solution that simplifies communication and ensures consistency. This one-stop-shop approach allows Petsmart to manage a high volume of projects nationwide without dedicating large internal resources, ensuring their stores remain fresh, consistent, and on schedule.
